Ice cream, the way it's supposed to be

 The ice cream shop has a great local family feeling and is designed for  the many families in the area. The décor includes the pictures of kids,  friends, and family on the walls, hand decorated ice cream spoons by  customers and small stools to assist the little ones to see their  favorite ice creams.

From the greeting you get when you come in the door, to the invitation  to sample all of your favorite ice creams, The Whole Scoop has filled a  much needed role, and a few stomachs, in Hoover.
